The Heights Home
3 Story, 3 Bedroom & 3.5 Bathroom Luxurious Townhome, located in the Houston Heights area with a total of 1808sqft. This beautiful home is listed on an average of $250 per night with a lower rate of 2+ night stays. This small gated community makes you feel comfortable, safe and right at home. There’s no pool, no gym and no yard, it is not ideal for pets. If wanting to stay with your furry friend please let us know and we will add a $50 pet deposit fee. As our policy strictly states “No Pets,” we will charge an extra $100 for any pets visiting without a notice and or deposit. Please also note there is a $500 refundable deposit with our booking rates which will cover property damages to an extent. Since we are a small company and do not have big corporation liability insurance (i.e., Airbnb/ VRBO), a refundable deposit must be placed into effect to cover if and any damages made to the property. A 100% refund will be issued if there are zero damages to the home. A total and cost break down of the refundable deposit, daily rate, cleaning fee, and pet deposit will be given upon inquiry.
